Not too bad, easily remedy with a trip to the LBS (if the gear isn't shifting well).

So last night, swapped out the stem as i hadnt realised the one i was using was 120mm and i am not Stretch Armstrong, now trying out a 90mm to see if i can actually reach my handlebars now.
Camo bar tape looking better than i anticipated and will look gooood with some gumwalls i think, any recomendations on those? Had panaracers before but want something fairly light with less rolling resistance, i've been looking at Veloflex.

Awesome tyres but a bit impractical IMO, mine didn't last long at all. I don't have any recommendations for something better though

Good to meet you today dude. I concur with @alialias, I have Veloflex and as great as they roll/look, mine puncture if i look at them funny. I had some GP 4000's with a nice brown side wall which were great but there only available in 23c. Not available as gumwalls but i can't fault my Schwalbe 1's, looked nice on my old CAAD too.

OTOH, I had approx 1 million punctures on GP4000s and none on my Veloflex until a particularly wet, greasy, flinty autumn ride

Move the levers up and rotated the bar down a bit.
This not only an idea set up but also shorten the reach.

SO, havig ridden actually ridden this a lot now, ive decided that im going to be completely overhauling the groupset.
Im leaning towards sram red, but un commited. Aesthetically shimano is also growing on me.
Is anyone looking to sell a 10spd sram group that is in good nick?

This would of course facilitate my want for new wheels too! And I have no idea what I would want, although i'll probably stick with alu, something low profile, maybe.
