I've got one of the Walker Brothers ones on an old Russian wheel, word of warning is that it's designed to space the cog for a geared frame so if you're using it on a 120mm rear spaced frame you'll need to space the chainring out to compensate and it may limit your max. sprocket size depending on the dropout design. Does mean you can run a silly big chainring without fouling your chainstays though...
