Well, I guess you'd pick objective measures impacted by being at a certain level of drunk, and then compare the same measures when driving whilst using speakerphone.
I'd rather it was recongisned that speakerphone / handsfree is just 'fucking dangerous' though, and that they were outlawed. There's shit loads of research backing this stuff up from loads of different fields.
But that would mean listening to 'experts', and, well, we've had enough of them, and child killers like Asker obviously know better.

Currently in Spain, you're only allow to use a true hand-free phone, so a mobile phone with speaker on is illegal, not only that, listening to an mp3 player is also illegal.

Definitely believe that, not sure I'd put it in the same league as drunk driving though.
