Big up to Paradise Cycles on Roman Road for trying their hardest to help me out of an unthreading bottom bracket/unextractable crank conundrum last week. Louie (sp?) was super helpful and patient, lent me tools and then refused to take payment because he hadn't completely fixed the problem.
FYI Louie if you're reading this (you did say you were on here) there are a couple of other ways to remove a crank with knackered extraction threads - one is a gear puller, the other, which I found the easiest, is to remove the bolt and ride (hard) until it works loose.
