Right, need some input.
I'm gonna convert my Elephant NFE into a flat bar off road tourer with MTB tyres.
I always fit the Shimano Alivio M445 on customer's bike whose brakes are not worth overhauling/cheaper than replacing the mechanical calipers, and they always felt nice and strong, but I'm doubtful it'll be fine off road in the Pyrenees, I'm liking the M445 because they're massively cheap on trade.
Worth going for? or better off buying the more expensive SLX M675?
