It's a map of service points so on an Edge they're treated as a "Location" which translates to a waypoint I believe. It's not a route/track set.

Have you loaded them as a POI category?
I have a custom category of 422 bike shops in the uk loaded so It is possible to exceed the 200! limit.

Why have you got 200 waypoints? Are you sure regarding the limit of waypoints?. Is this in a single route? The limit for via points and trackpoints is virtually unlimited AFAIK.
It may be possible if you load the waypoints as a custom POI category.
