I've run about 40km in total since June. Swum quite a bit (including open water) and cycled an ok amount, but all way down on what I wanted to have done. Training and summer holiday parenting don't mix (and I don't do the selfish arsehole role).
Down from my original 89kg to 83kg and then back up to 88kg.
I know I can do the swim, I know I can grind out the cycle, I just have to get through the 'run' at the end.
Now expecting ~15h30m (1h15, 8h, 6h) so goal is just to finish. Will worry about a time some other year.

Ha, I think I have the same problem. All my "training" at the moment consists of eeking-out the commute distance without it impacting on family. Can't see myself doing an IM/equivalent distance tri anytime soon. Mid probably on the cards next year now I've sorted myself out with a geared TT bike...
