So... driver behaves in a manner that endangers life and limb, you call them a dangerous cunt, case gets thrown out because you used nasty words?

I assume it means that if the driver gets sweary its not a traffic offence but something else public order related?

I submitted a video to roadsafe where I called a lorry driver a cunt twice. I did warn them in the written bit. Hope they'll still go after the twat. Also, he looked like Phil from Time Team.
