I can run at decent 5km pace without my wonky legs exploding.
I have gotten back into swimming inmy wetsuit.
I've put a Nice bit of time into riding in the tri bike position.
But the Autumn storms have arrived, Its been raining sideways for a week, the sea is fecking freezing, and the road the bike leg on is Coastal (ie. might be mad windy).
I find myself totally demotivated.
I Guess once I'm in the water Things can only get better........
Local tri on Sunday. Sprint distance.
