• Further warranty update - I spoke to Kinesis yesterday who confirmed they'd sent the frame out to PBK as soon as they'd approved the warranty (back around 22nd/23rd August). Called PBK again today and the chap told me they'd not received it yet. Spoke to Kinesis who said they'll chase PBK and get them to send it out asap. Got the guy to reluctantly agree to get it shipped out next day rather than standard shipping as soon as it does turn up but he's maintaining that it's not there yet...

    So... 9 days since the warranty claim was approved and the frame was reordered and still no sign of it.

    Kinesis thus far have been really helpful, but PBK (whilst being friendly and polite) have been utterly useless. I will never buy anything from them ever again, it's just not worth the hassle.

  • I think I got mine from Merlin, and they too where really slow when I needed them to send me the parts that where missing on the box.

    Hope that you'll get back on the saddle soon!! :(
