Stopped two punks from nicking a bike at the corner of Harford Street and Ben Johnson road last night. Heard an angle grinder from my balcony, look down, two punks on a scooter going at a lock. Shout, run down, they speed off. They had gone through one of those Abus folding locks but didnt have time to undo the cable. Other neighbours were on the scene and called the cops. We had to roll the bike in to the building and the cops came around to collect it later.
This was a Black and Orange Specialized Sirrus with hydraulics. If you have a mate whose had this bike stolen, its with the police!
