Yep still in customs. I think it is the shipping company who decides what happens with it eventually. They might sned it back or it might stay in Korean customs forever?!

Please do not deal with @spokester who uses the PayPal email malcolmsummers@tiscali.co.uk and keeps on creating profiles on here.
He will only accept PayPal Gift which he calls "PayPal friends".
By sparing the charges, you lose all right to buyer protection and can be subject to fraud or loss. You'll have no basis for appeal, and no-one will help. Do not use PayPal Gift unless you're sending money to your mother.
He is being banned again.

unless you're sending money to your mother
Made me chuckle :) in all honestly though, the options is called "Family and friends", at least in my US PayPal.

Sure.
But that still doesn't include random dude off the internet from whom you are purchasing potentially crap 2nd hand stuff and who might just fail to post it or whatever.
PayPal gift is for blood relatives, people you trust so much you'll tell your secrets to. Not for internet trades.

User64034 has strung me along, said he wanted to buy my frame. Offered to put a deposit down, a week later I asked him where the deposit was. He said he would sort it this week as he wanted to collect it in person, went cold for about a week. I then received an out the blue email asking if you could collect as he was passing, was fine with me. Then nothing, asked if he wanted the frame on several occasions and still nothing. I had a few people interested in the frame I was selling but non are interested as it is nearly 3 weeks on since first contact, fair enough. Not only did I not get the sale but he prevented me from making other sales, never saw the deposit.
Won't name him but if you receive a message from User64034 then he may waste your time.

Yeah, but on the topic of the condition of the frame....

if you're gonna package a frame badly then pay for insured shipping. if you don't want to pay for insurance then package the frame well - its pretty simple. it arrived with 3 massive chips which weren't advertised - this is obviously your fault, why be such an arsehole?
'pedant' - someone who expects the item they bought to turn up as described

I suspect poor etiquette too.
You can't just call someone a pussy if you haven't offered to fight them first.

I made a communication with the seller @1993 regarding the purchase of some bar tape. We agreed a date, time and location the previous day. I went from Stratford to Holborn in my lunch break, costing me money on the underground and it was pi55ing with rain. I got there on time, phoned him to confirm my arrival and he tells me he hadn't brought it with him because it was raining.
Timewasting idiot. Avoid at all costs.
