Opinions on the Condor Lavaro for a SS road bike?

Considering grabbing one of these 2014 frames in the sale https://www.condorcycles.com/products/condor-lavoro-frameset-sale as 399 seems pretty decent and I love the look of it, just wondering if anyone has an opinion of whether or not this would be a decent road city riding bike, i'm not too fussed about comfort. Rode a langster for the past 2 years, how much different would this be?

Assuming you'll actually be riding it single speed, rather than fixed, it'll be worth checking whether you can fit a rear brake.

Thought of that the second before you commented... haha, would likely ride it fixed + front so i'm assuming i'd need new forks
