I left before I knew my place. Not bad for a bike/rider set up for 24hrs. :)
But actually the race was crap. It just felt crap and I have no interest in placings etc if the race was shit.
Still, I never worry about placings except at the 24 or maybe the odd 12 where I have a slim chance at a podium. 10s are so far removed from what I train for I'm happy they're over so quick.
Obviously, now I'm going to ride the V718 to get an 18...

Yeah, but top 10 on Monday rather than 19th on Saturday :-)
