Considering purchasing this frame for a custom build, is it worth £199?

Really into this frame but have no experience with the seller or the brand, I've messaged the seller and he is happy to split the frameset for £199. Is that a decent deal or should I avoid? Thanks in advance :) http://cornomarrone.com/product/tutu-marrone-atala-2/

If you want to build it with gears, you may struggle since all the cable stops look like they've been removed.....

If you want an SS or fixed frame, buy a proper one with track ends.

I would avoid. £199 sounds too much aswell.
