I'm selling off all my 'prosumer' photography kit.
This camera has been the last in a path that's seen me upgrade from a D80 in 2007 through the D90 to the D300 in 2011. To be honest I have done all my photography education on the D80 and D90 and since I got the D300 I've not done much beside a couple of holidays.
The 300 was brought from a friend who simple didn't use it. I have put maybe 1,500 frame son it but I think it may still be sub-10,000. If you know cameras then you'll know the shutter on the D300 is the much tougher (with an awesome sound) model that is manufactured to last at least 150,000 frames (the lower level D80/D90 will pull a mere 50,000, the pro-level D3X does 300,000+).
This camera is immaculate, boxed and includes all cables and charger. The body is scratch free, the bumpers are perfect and the port covers are still doing their job. Sensor was cleaned at London Camera Exchange around 12 months ago and has seen only 2 weeks of action since then on holiday in Japan. I will include, with the camera 4-5 CF cards (totalling around 10GB storage), spare battery and remote shutter release. If you want to see some of its results check out https://500px.com/benjam
On the lens side I have my go to 50mm f/1.8 which is everyone's second lens after stock. It has seen plenty of use but it's still in great condition with box.
I have the stock lens from my D80, a 18-70mm zoom f/3.5-4.5 which is a descent lens. It doesn't have the VR or VRII system that replaced it but at 70mm (105mm effective) you don't really need it. Lens again is in good condition, with box and flower.
Finally I have a lens I grabbed for a job, the absolutely amazing Sigma 10-20mm f/4.6-5. I used it to shoot some back country and piste for Propaganda Snowboards in Jasna. The lens is the widest you'll get without a fisheye look. You can check out some of the results here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/iambenjam/albums/72157615003915283 there is a minor scratch on this lens but it dos not show in any photos, I can prove this with sample shots if needed. It is also missing the flower which was VERY thin. If you buy and are not happy with it I'll refund you.
