If you're even half considering this ride, I would say DO IT. A nice day in the saddle (almost) guaranteed. With any luck there'll be added entertainment at the other end, eg. kids being cadjouled into throwing their bikes off a roof, being barred from a certain pub, or just watching the pseudo-hells angels parading up the high street. also fingers crosssed for a staff-free train station
