Installed the front mech + second chainring and adjusted the bars on the Concorde Counterfiets. It's finished for now until I can be arsed to get a proper TT bar set-up, preferably some itm dual cx so holla at me if you got one for sellz.

Cheers, for me the best part is the front end where it is trying to be aero, but it puts a smile on my face and that's good enough for me in my books :)

Definitely a reliable workhorse in my books! Plus as you said the design isn't too shabby either! ;)

Yeah same, looks tidier too. Must just be the colour scheme and the bad photo.

Incredible change. No bottle cages?

I have a bladder in a rucksack, because I took my camera. I will put cages on when im going for rides where I dont need anything.

Are 7410 cleats still easy to find?
Wellgo 98R might be worth a try, it's hard to find definitive info on interchangeability with SH70/SH71 but at least they are cheap and current production.
This bloke says SH-5x cleats work fine on PD-7410 and PD-6500 and he has obviously tried it more recently than I have. If I remember to take my MTB shoes next time I have the Hirame out, I'll have another go, I could be misremembering the reason why I have so many pairs of shoes with different cleats.

Looks tidy! Would ride.

Wellgo seem really similar indeed, and they appear to be out of stock in many website so I assume they are not in production any more! Better hurry up and stash a few pairs then!

Wellgo seem really similar indeed
Exustar E-C04 is another SPD+pontoons cleat. The trouble with all these Taiwanese OEM companies is that they have very hit-and-miss retail distribution.
Is it just the colour scheme or do the tubes have a bigger diameter in the middle? As much as I love STIs, there's just something really cool about DT shifters...
