Was going to chime in with a similar sentiment earlier.
In fairness, the hubs I've owned (Bulb Ti, XC, Pro II & Pro III rear, XC & Pro III front) have been excellent, but every other part I've purchased (Minis, Mono M4s, full complement of CNC ano finishing kit) has either not performed properly from new, or failed in some way under fair use. They must believe their QC has improved in the intervening 10-12 years.

Seriously there are pages and pages of images of busted Hope hubs out there that they just replace under warranty no questions asked whilst mumbling about spoke tension which is only reason they have a good rep. When they blow they really blow
