I vote black bartape, saddle and tires to calm down the Overall appearance.

Funnily enough I tried black tyres when the bartape was off to assess just that but my eyes drew me back to how it was. I do agree though it should look better but the proof was in the pudding. I may be in a minority though with that view :-)
