That's a wheel not a hub, and has J-bend rather than straight pull spokes, but other than that it's perfect.

RS10 (what he wrote) is straight pull but 16H, RS010 (what he linked to) is 20H but J-bend :-)
It seems unduly hard to get the Novatec AS511SB without having to buy the matching rear, but this Czech shop lists the front only for ~£45
