• Hate to be that guy, but shouldn't

I am currently researching within the UK only, the cultural/Behavioural traits and practices that exit within the motor and pedal cycling community.

    be exist?

Going to edit this and add my thoughts as I go through (thinking out loud, not critical)

Motor cyclists are road users that share the same visibility related hazards as Pedal cyclists, due to similar two-wheeled dynamics and an overall smaller size.

Isn't the real point of an ASL to put slow moving cyclists ahead of fast moving traffic? As a motorcycle should be able to move off at the same pace as cars around it, there is no need for them to filter to the front of an ASL? (although for this to be relevant we would first need the things to be enforced which I have little faith in happening)

and W/R/T CAT - I think it is potentially a good idea, but I'm unwilling to use something that enables other road users to blame me for their negligence (for e.g. oh he wasn't wearing a helmet / hi-viz so it was totally legitimate that I hit him). I have numerous SMIDSY's and I'm sick of being blamed as a victim
