We already have quantitative data about road surface collision, when we asked about the second party person, we wanted to see if we can build a smart system that allow you and that other person to be aware of each other.
Note: Im sorry if this survey is not up to marketing standards, us CS postgrads are just lousy fat programmers with a taste for pizza!!!

Interesting. There is a typo in question BC5 though! 'Tree' instead of 'Three'.
Also when discussing injuries, you've assumed there's always another vehicle/person involved...whereas I've wrecked myself thanks to a pothole or road fault which isn't an option.
