Sky, Virgin and a few others have apps designed to stop casting and also to stop work-arounds (none of them will run on rooted phones for instance).
For (potentially dubious but there hasn't been a test case yet so who knows) streams I use sportsmania No buffering or faffing with dead links and all streams are HD.
