Are the hope rotors floating alu/steel ones?
Try the dt Swiss rws qr skewers. Supposedly they are the best thing to use on a qr disc brake bike. I'll be buying a pair on pay day.

Those are the ones, got them because they looked fancy.

Ah, similar clamping to the bolt through. It's strange though, but guess the hubs may have different tolerances and be out a mm or so hence movement.

@Dick do you rub the whole time or just on the uphills/sprints??

I'm always sprinting. If I'm not sprinting I'm sprinting up a hill.....
