So Practical Cycles used My Herpes to send my VO hammered guards to me and, of course, they've squashed the package and squeezed the end of one of the guards together a bit.
I've emailed Practical Cycles to say that I did get a bit worried when they sent the tracking link and it was myherped and clearly /i was right to be worried, they've responded with a rather blunt "...all couriers mishandle goods."
I'm pretty sure I'll be able to bend the guard back but not sure whether that will have weakened it any, also not sure that returning them for an exchange would see me get a set in any better condition.
Quite temped to leave neutral/neg feedback on ebay due to their choice of courier but not sure that's either justified or allowed. Packaging could have been a bit better too actually, maybe I'll base my feedback on that.
