Paul Racer is probably your best bet... You can probably buy a super cheap 2nd hand MTB for the same money

Tektro R559? the Steamroller used to come with the R538, but I was wondering if the R559 can be used since the advantage is that it got massive tyres clearance.
If you got a Steamroller, measure the distance from centre of brake bolt to centre of rim to see what the length, if it's 55mm or more, then it'll fit.

Having done some reading my main worry is getting some decent calliper brakes that has room for some 35 tyres. Any recommendations?
