Hi Thomas,

It has come to our attention that the New gun metal frames have
slightly wider chain stays so this could be your issue.

We have tried these with a Sugino chain set and bottom bracket and
they are fine.

Your options are as follows, Return your frame set for a full refund
and we will pay up to £30.00 shipping. Or keep your frame set and we
can offer you a £30.00 refund.

They appear to be complying with Consumer Act 2015 (the legislation in this area) in part. As an alternative, ask them to do a 'repair' (also available) and crimp so that if they damage they are liable. Takes away the heat.
