£2500 excess made me not want to. I ride sensible, but accidents happen.
When you say tweak? How far, doubt they'll be sorting the suspension out for me.
I did think about doing a ron haslam track day, to get a real good feel.

I've had a go on a CBR600RR on a Ron Haslam track day. I am 188cm, so similar height - it is a squeeze but all sportsbikes are going to be. Litre bikes are essentially the same dimensions as supersports.
It doesn't really matter though, as you are moving around on the bike so much compared to a static position when riding on the road. Plus you aren't going to spend much more than 20 minutes max per session anyway.

Ride them and before you do tweak them before you get on to ride them.
