Went and sat on a few 600s and 1000s today.
600s are no go for me. So cramped with 36" inseam.Was going to test ride the cbr1000rr but dealer said £2500 excess. I'm a bit pragmatic for that.

By the by - I disagree totes with this. The 750 has been wicked since the very first SRAD. As a road bike it got even better after supers switched to 1000s - much longer stroke motor tuned for the road. Way more flexible than a 600 and a boat load quicker.
A (very) well set up first gen FI 750 proddie racer is still probably the best track bike I've ridden. Fast but you could still get after it and the sweetest steering imaginable.

I've got a really bad itch for a sportsbike.
I don't really want a bad out of hell litre bike, because too fast. We'll I'd love a fireblade, but I know what I'm like.
