@krikov It depends on your criteria.
It took me ages to find a full carbon one with a 1-1/8 steerer, a 30mm rake and a brake hole.
I ended up buying this for £35 + £30 postage then got import+VAT when they reached the UK so that was nearly £90 in total, so I could have bought Alpina forks for that money.

There are other options depending the rake you are after mainly. The bulk of road forks are 42mm rake which might be too much for your need.
