May be worth asking if it's bad for your house, I can't find anything that says it can damage anything. But a pest company may say yes and kill them all even if it's not cos of work ;)
It may just be there this year, unless the queen returns and builds a new nest in the loft (they don't re-use them) so depends on how much you mind the little stripy stingers of inconvenience.
