The Burls custom built titanium 3AL-2.5V frame is in the same great condition I received it in, as mentioned it's been commuted on for 12months so may have the odd mark (plus small mark from lock indicated in previous sales thread) with it being bare metal but certainly nothing else, the sale will include the Phil Wood seat clamp and also a metal 'burls' head tube badge I bought and never got round to fitting. Sizes are:

Top tube c2c 58.0
