I broke mine about 3yrs ago and have/had all sorts of bother. My advice is move it as little as possible to increase the chance of a clean union. I didn't, I don't mean I was overly active, but moved around too much. After a malunion I eventually had to have it reset with pins/plate. Just about to have these removed as they're causing pain. So as I say, be as immobile as poss with it, be patient and give it a chance to bond before starting any movement. Hope it heals well.
cheers rusty. they didn't show me my x-rays at all. just put a sling on me and sent me up the road with a referral to the clinic. it's currently my back that's giving me the most grief. roll on tuesday.
