Had this for a couple of years and it has seen light usage. Not in perfect condition but there are no tears or damage of any other kind.
Wasnt sure on price so had a look on here and £45 NOW £40 seems fair (but would like it gone soon so will listen to offers).
The bag is currently at my work in E2 and I'm happy to post.
