No, it's his standalone PB. Still alright though, innit? Haven't seen yesterday's splits yet, sure they're still relatively impressive.

Low 31 is what I thought I saw for Alistair in The Times. A good time, especially considering he strolled across the line.

I saw an interview after London where Alistair was talking about the training required to make it to world class in 10,000 and he suggested it wasn't possible for him.
