the seat tube is completely split through. i gave it a little wiggle to check. the rider has decided to solve the problem by attaching what seems to be a piece of metal broom handle/similar to the headtube and seat tube with bits of wire. stem angle also confusing. maybe just barely inserted??

Can tell a lot about a country by its sockets. In Pakistan they hang of and emit sparks. Here we have an earthing prong.

ours also have in built safety features that mean it's pretty hard to accidentally electrocute yourself with one. Hard, but not impossible, apparently...
