Does anyone have any tips for sticking panels/fairings down?

I finally finished mending the cracked fasteners for the fairings on my bike (plastic welding as seen here https://youtu.be/61iyLarL258
).

Now everything is finished there are a couple of spots where the panels aren't as flush as I'd like. I'm guessing this is just down to aging as everything is well seated.

I'm thinking of some sort of medium strength double sided padded tape - like a softer version of that No More Nails double sided tape.

I want it to be soft enough to pull off (chuckles) to access the bike.

Any ideas?

Cheers. The key thing is being able to lift. I found a RC forum thread which was discusing the need for it to be thick for vibration resistance.

Another suggestion was Velcro, which for this application sounds like a really good idea.
