I found this picture of a vintage salsa roadbike today and thought it might be worth sharing considering that a lot of people on here are really fond of salsa stems. While we're at it, could someone please explain to me what the hype is about? Imho they don't look particularly great...
Wasn't sure where to post this, I know it doesn't really belong in here...

The more I look at it the more I like it. Check out the bars and the shifter - must be pretty light.

Noice! Dat hint of rake, barely noticable + ambitious gear ratio for those rotterdam headwinds

maybe it isn't that big a gear, the 130 BCD crankset makes it look bigger.. And Rotterdam headwinds aren't all that bad ;)

Edit: 53/17 is perfect for a flat country

How do you think the socket gets power, dummy?

Frame is starting to look really rough, particularly around the stays. May be repaint time soon.
