Confirm CAAD 5 rear brake bridge could cause you all kinds of problems with a 28c.
But not as much as trying to glue a massive 28c tub designed for Zipp ultra wide rims on an old skool 17c trispoke with minimal tyre/rim contact and low tyre pressure.
