Imo very unlikely at the moment. TT are going for that budget, max customers on min equipment type vibe (and they use different technology to us to do it), whereas VF are trying for a sort of best network, least congestion, best speeds sort of vibe.

I think that if it does happen - and no rumours have reached my ears on it yet - it'll be after we know how the latest VF strategy (of dropping line rental, which is way overdue and might shift the industry a bit) works.
