You are a fucking beauty!
my si cranks had a 2.6mm spacer, a 2.5mm spacer and a .5mm shim, put them all on the nds of the rotor cranks and the 11mm rotor spacer on the drive side, cranked up the crank bolt to 40nm and instantly done. cranks spin freely, with no binding, weirdly the preload collar did not even need adjusting. am cautious that i may need to remove the cranks and a .5mm spacer and then adjust using the preload collar, but on the stand all appears fine (though it is a jumble of spacers on the nds)
chainline is perfect, so front mech needs no adjusting.
tomorrow will replace chain and cassette and then hope to get out for a bike ride
You've got some options, certainly, the Rotor cranks can take up quite a lot of slack themselves* which is going to help.
Sounds like you'd be very close with the 7.5mm Cannondale SiSl/BB30 NDS spacer, but that's designed to work with the 2mm bearing shield so you'd need to do your sums to make sure there is no surprise waiting.
