Eh? How has the seat tube lug got like that?
Your broken stay - I'd look at getting it welded. A good aluminium welder ought to be able to TiG a sufficient weld on that for it to be strong enough.

Bought this off eBay knowing it had a broken left seat stay. Was worth it even if I never manage to fix it. I am going to get the tube remade or fixed and screw the seatube lug back down as it isn't screwed all the way down and tubes aren't lining up correctly. Let me know if you have ever repaired one of these or have any info...
Hopefully she will be rolling again soon!
