Thats motivation right there though. I was in descent looking shape even when I was 10kg heavier and offically obese. As the kilos came off, I didnt look in better shape. But I started going up hills quicker. A silly little thing really. But its a real effect you can see as opposed to just following numbers.
That said I put on 2kg over the hols, and dont seem to have the motivation left to shift it. I Train shitloads. I just eat shitloads too. My wetsuit is going to be a bitch to use if I cant slim Down a bit again :(
