• The fact that the bearings are fitted to the crank (rather than in the cup), is one of the things that makes UT great: the (cheap) cups wear out, rather than the (not so cheap) cranks.

    Changing the bearings is straight forward and isn't something you'll be doing very often anyway.

  • However my CULT bearings gave up after 2 months of use from new. Luckily I replaced them with USB ones and they are spinning smoothly for more than 2 years.
