Stillwater is American. Had one of those cans this week. Took the top off and now using it as a pen tidy on my desk. Such a beautiful can.

Had some pretty epic Fourpure at the weekend, Shape Shifter and Juicebox, quite a bit of sediment in both which made a change, Shape Shifter was amazing and Juicebox was a fruity little number... would drink again!

Tring Ridgeway bitter, 4%, absolutely delish and close to my ideal all-rounder beer, malty, lightly hopped, effervescent, sessionable

Forgot you'd posted this. Yes, tangy & bitter without being too boozy at 7%.
Dark side can wait until another night #lightweight

Let me know the evil one is like when you get around to it. I've not tried that yet.

Wilted and just cracked it. Treacley, v.dark. Nice but think I prefer the Lighter one.
Going to get 2 more and mix them 50/50...

Woah, beer cocktail!
I guess in the best tradition of a "half and half" or when my old man and I used to drink in Suffolk pubs, a Broadside and Bitter.

Yeah, there's been a few "craft brews" specifically intended for mixing up. Evil Twin do Yin & Yang. There was Jekyll & Hyde by Beavertown too.
This one might be good due to being unintended... equally might be rancid.

Can't even remember the amount of brews I've tried at Brewdog.HQ and CASC in Aberdeen last fortnight.
New place right next to Waterloo for all travellers and passers by. @tapwaterloo good choice . Handy -

Is there a tester_recommends online beer supplier?

I've been enjoying Beer52 as a subscription model. They have an online shop too but I can't speak for that.

First attempt this weekend at all grain brewing via BIAB. A simple one to familiarise myself with the procedure.

Thanks.
No posting I'm afraid... Just looking at brewing 2 or 3 demi-johns at a time as I don't have a huge amount of storage space to condition the beer at the moment.
Does anyone here use Brewsmith? It looks pretty good from what I've seen.

I use Brewer's Friend, and you may wish to use BIAB Calculator which is online/free.

Cheers, I'll take a look at them.
