It did look a bit as though she rode the Dutch rider up the track on purpose.

not seen any proper footage of this. cameraman/director is also quite bad, choosing to follow sliding Spanish rider instead of the wall ride action...

Also I don't think the French rider intended to push her that far up, but she basically loses her balance and has all her weight on the Dutch rider so as she moves up the banking the French rider kinda falls with her
