I lapsed six months ago and started smoking again for a few weeks, I was a total mess...

Seen. Yeah, I get groggy as fuck with cigarettes and super wheezy. Oral tobacco seems to be the best balance of the feels & not dying of cancer so far but vaping looks even safer than snus, which has been linked to pancreatic cancer, which is the biggest cunt of all the cancers.

Her only argument now is that vaping is douchey. I can't argue with that and she knows it. Need help.

It's funny, it wasn't douchey a year ago (or was it?) but it seems to have become a meme now... If you're gonna blow massive clouds then sure, you're a knob but the vast majority of people do it to keep off the fags...

I've been two and a half years off the roll ups now, and don't even think about smoking......I smell better and am physically in much better condition too. To be fair, if my wife wasn't on board, it would be her problem, not mine.
Who knows what's in the future....something will kill you. I'm still addicted to nicotine, but I'm weaning myself off it, and am in complete control.....and Oak Mountain Vapors (sic) 'satori' (creamy cinnamon crunch) makes me happy inside!

Well, my lung function and capacity has increased (as tested for my LGV medical last year) and anecdotally, I haven't had a day off sick for two years......I've had the shits after a dirty doner a few times though.

Inhale slowly for 4s ... Pause...Exhale for 8s. Repeat.

Are they pre-made? I wind six coils around a 2mm screwdriver, that gives me 0.7ohms... They last for absolutely ages as it is, I've only changed mine twice since I started using them and that was MONTHS ago!!
