  • New: Coming soon!

  • I feel like a paramedic, performing an emergency operation to keep BTOB alive.

OLD: Coming soon - the Dave Creasy Memorial Six - Saturday 10 September at the Olympic Velodrome and Sunday 11 September at Herne Hill Velodrome. For some reason the event is sponsored by Two Fifty One, one of several gigantic new housing developments around Elephant and Castle.

    New: Also coming soon.

  • Time was when that would've needed some arbitration.

  • we should be grateful there's a bike in the picture and it's not been taken from a moving train

  • Yeah, seems that in the five days that the tag languished, the developers actually replaced the old poster with the new one.

  • Old:

Brandon House, 180 Borough High Street (vom)

    New:

In 1999 you could buy a three bedroom flat here for £52,000

  • Today you can buy a three bed here for £595,000.
And then put it on Airbnb, obviously.

  • Brutal. Please can we have some clue, too many £595,000 properties out there

  • The game is dying for want of decent clues.

  • The reluctance of people to provide geographical clues and keep the game moving is surprising.

  • I might have some time tomorrow, but I haven't gone looking for that yet, either.

  • Time for a no clue - no tag rule!

  • I'm sorry.
    Picture clue comming!

  • Hooray!

  • Old: Lethbridge Close, Greenwich.

  • New: Vantage point of 'Venetian' London, this Italianate gate sits on the shore of the river.

  • Old: York Watergate on the Embankment, the old river bank before Bazalgette fixed the stench

    New:

Linked to the previous very remotely

  • I have no idea where that is, but it looks familiar. I don't know if there's a clue in the clue or whether the caption was just some information.

Also, the link to the Google map of all the tags isn't working for me. Can anyone link me to it?

  • Woah, hang on there buddy I think
you just blew my tiny mind.

    There's a map?

  • It wasn't really a clue. There is a thematic link between the two tags, but only in the context of works by Caneletto and Turner, amongst others.
By coincidence, if you were unfortunate enough to find yourself navigating Bazalgette's creation, it would lead you almost directly below this place. Fortunately for us the CS3 does the job admirably.

Info, clues and embedded photos to follow when I'm not reliant on this godawful app to upload pictures.

  • OK. Old: Accumulator Tower, Basin Approach, Limehouse.

I discovered what an accumulator tower was the day the Brexit vote was announced, when we saw one when I was in Liverpool with my parents. It started a brief conversation about words that children can't pronounce, because apparently my sister used to call them cucumber towers when she was little. This started a conversation about why on earth a little child is moved to talk about accumulator towers. None of this helped when I was Google Earthing, I assumed it was a water stop because it's next to the train line.

Here is some information about this particular one:
