I'll have a look - my area is basically anywhere east and as close to Clapton as I can be. The one I'm looking at requires me to save up an extra £4k but it's halfway between the new train station and Leyton proper. It's OK - not amazing but OK.
Will definitely check those areas out, appreciate it.
